As a senior retoucher at Laced, I play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. Being the first retoucher hired, I spearheaded the establishment of our workflow, created essential Photoshop actions, and set the standards for our imagery. I also had the privilege of hiring and managing a talented team of junior retouchers, fostering growth and collaboration within our team.

My work at Laced has seen me take on exciting challenges, including retouching campaigns featured on billboards across prominent London tube stops, notably at Oxford Circus. These high-profile projects have allowed me to showcase my skills to a wide audience and contribute to the vibrant landscape of urban advertising.

Prior to my role at Laced, I honed my craft as a midweight retoucher at Made.com. This experience further sharpened my keen eye for detail, preparing me for the demanding standards of the industry.

My journey in retouching began at IHeart Studios, where I had the opportunity to work with prestigious brands such as Stella McCartney, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Harrods, Moss Bros, New Look, Primark, Ann Summers, BHS and many others. Notably, I was entrusted with projects of significant scale, including collaborations with Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger in Amsterdam. I am proud to have contributed to projects showcased on billboards at iconic locations like Piccadilly Circus.

Throughout my career, I have embraced opportunities for growth and learning. At Laced, I have expanded my skill set independently by delving into video editing and mastering Image Generative AI, ensuring that I stay at the forefront of industry trends and technology.
